2. What ReviewAhead is

ReviewAhead reads an Xcode project you upload and reports configuration, privacy, entitlement and metadata problems that commonly cause App Store rejections or delays. It produces a readiness score, a list of findings with the evidence behind each one, and a suggested fix.

ReviewAhead does not run, build, compile or execute your code. It reads project files: the Info.plist, the entitlements, the privacy manifest, the dependency graph and source text. The uploaded archive and everything extracted from it are deleted when the scan finishes.

3. What ReviewAhead does not promise

ReviewAhead cannot guarantee that your app will be approved. App Review evaluates a running app, its content and its metadata, none of which a project scan can see. A clean report reduces submission risk. It is not a prediction, a warranty, or an assurance of any outcome, and nothing in the product should be read as one.

Findings are produced by automated rules and, where you enable it, by AI-assisted review. Both can be wrong in either direction: a finding may not apply to your app, and a real problem may go unreported. You remain responsible for what you submit to Apple.

4. Using the service

You agree that you will:

• upload only projects you own or are authorised to submit for analysis;
• not upload malicious archives, or archives crafted to attack the service;
• not attempt to circumvent payment, access reports that are not yours, or extract the rule set by automated means;
• not resell or redistribute the service itself.

Uploads are limited to 512 MB per archive, and the number of scans from one address in a given period is limited. These limits exist to keep the service available and may change.

An account is optional. Scanning, reading a report and buying the full findings all work without one. Where you do create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure.

5. Your content and your report

You keep every right you already have in your project. Uploading it grants ReviewAhead permission to process it for the sole purpose of producing your report, and nothing else. Your source is never used to train models, and it is never sold or shared for advertising.

The report belongs to you. ReviewAhead keeps the structured findings for a limited window so you can come back to them, then deletes them. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept and for how long.

6. Payment

A free report shows the most severe findings in full. Unlocking the remaining findings is a one-off payment. A monthly plan delivers every report in full for as long as it is active, and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the paid period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. ReviewAhead never sees or stores your card details. Prices are shown before you pay, and tax is calculated at checkout based on the billing address you give.

Your rights when you change your mind, and the consent you give at checkout, are set out in Refunds and Right of Withdrawal, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability

ReviewAhead is provided as it stands. It is a small service and there is no uptime guarantee. Scans can fail, and reports expire automatically. Where a scan fails for a reason on ReviewAhead's side after you have paid, contact (no contact address published) and the payment will be refunded.

8. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for a consumer's statutory rights under the law of the Netherlands.

Subject to that, ReviewAhead is not liable for rejected submissions, delayed releases, lost revenue, lost data or any indirect loss. Where liability is found, it is limited to the amount you paid ReviewAhead in the twelve months before the claim.

This limit is a fair reflection of what the service is: a low-cost automated check that says plainly, in the product and above, that it cannot guarantee approval.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using ReviewAhead at any time, and cancel a monthly plan from your account. ReviewAhead may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where the service is being used to attack it, or where required by law. Reports already paid for remain available for the rest of their retention window.

10. Changes

These terms may change as the product changes. The date at the top says when the current wording took effect. A material change to a monthly plan will be notified by email before it applies to you, and you may cancel rather than accept it.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.

Please raise a complaint by email first: most things are settled that way. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
